Essential Zodiac Terms and Conditions and COVID 19 Policy
Please read and understand the requirements below before making your appointment. Contact me if you have any questions. There will be no exceptions. If the protocols outlined below make you feel uncomfortable, you may switch your consultation to Zoom video conferencing.
Terms and Conditions
By purchasing a service on this website, you acknowledge you have understood and agreed to our terms and conditions.
Consultations are available in-person and through Zoom net meeting. Please review my COVID policies below before booking your session.
We understand that sometimes conflicts arise and the appointment has to be rescheduled. Pease try to give at least 24 hours’ notice.
After 2 attempts, no further rescheduling will be permitted. You will however receive your chart and report by email.
Lateness longer than 15 minutes is considered a no-show. No refund is available in that case.
In case of a total no-show with no prior notice or contact, another appointment will only be permitted after the payment of a $25.00 rescheduling fee. No refund is available for a no-show.
Payment in full is required prior to your appointment. Your appointment is not considered confirmed until payment is received.
COVID- 19 Policy
In light of the on-going safety issues in connection with COVID and the Delta variant, I have amended our previous policy.
Only vaccinated (proof required) clients will be permitted to schedule in-person consultations. If it becomes apparent your proof is invalid, your session will be terminated immediately and no refund will be available. Your session will not be rescheduled.
If you are unvaccinated, only Zoom consultations will be permitted.
If you or anyone you have contact with has had symptoms within 2 weeks of your appointment, please reschedule.
There will be a hand sanitizer for your use upon entering my office.
At this time, there can be no one in the waiting area. Please come alone to your session or have your companion wait in the car or outside for you.
For your safety, no drink service is available at this time and no outside food or drinks are allowed in the office.
